This document sets out the Aluman Group’s cookies collection and processing policy, in accordance with the provisions of article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
The cookies are stored on the user’s terminal (computer or mobile device) and gather information when the user visits the web pages of the Aluman Group (www.grupoaluman.com), in order to improve their usability, find out more about the user’s browsing habits and needs and so adapt them, and to obtain information for statistical purposes. In the case of users who are already clients of the Aluman Group, the information gathered with the cookies is also used to identify users when they access the tools that the Aluman Group offers them to manage services.

Classified according to ownership:

Classified according to purpose:
- Technical and/or personalisation cookies: these cookies make browsing easier by permitting access to restricted tools when a user logs in, and also customise the available options. They enable the service previously requested by the user to be provided.
- Analytical and/or marketing cookies: they provide information about the number of visits received in different sections of the web pages and users’ habits and trends, in order to improve the browsing experiences and the services offered by the Aluman Group (basically Google Analytics), and to manage the advertising spaces included in the web page visited by the user. They gather data anonymously to obtain users’ browsing profiles.
Classified according to duration:
- Session cookies: these gather and store data while the user is browsing on the web site.
- Persistent cookies: these cookies gather and store data on the user’s terminal for a variable time period depending on the use to which they are put.
The storage period of the cookies will depend on the type involved and shall always be the minimum period necessary to fulfil its function.

Not wanting to receive these cookies will not stop users from accessing the information on the websites of the Aluman Group, although there may be limitations on some services. The Aluman Group shall change this cookies policy whenever any changes are made to the configuration and/or use of same, and shall publish the update version on its websites.
Spanish Organic Data Protection Law (LOPD)
The website owned by ALUMAN SISTEMAS, S.L.U. contains links to third party websites, whose privacy policies are not necessarily those of ALUMAN SISTEMAS, S.L.U. When you access said websites, you can decide whether to accept their privacy and cookies policies. If you browse on the internet, you can accept or reject third party cookies from your browser settings options.
At the same time, when you enter data in the contact, form, you declare your express consent and authorisation for the transfer of your data to other companies of the grupo Aluman (whose activities are related to the façade enclosure, contract and retail sectors) for commercial purposes; and shall not be used for purposes incompatible with the ones described above.
Personal data collected through registration forms, CVs or selection processes will be processed by ALUMAN SISTEMAS, S.L.U. for the purpose of managing the data subject’s participation in training programmes, personnel selection processes and, where applicable, creating an internal job bank for future vacancies.
The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the interested party in voluntarily providing their data and/or the application of pre-contractual measures at their request.
The data may be shared with companies belonging to grupo Aluman (Grupo Inversiones Arteixo, S.L.), whenever necessary for the purposes described above, and will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months, unless the interested party revokes their consent beforehand or exercises any of their rights.
ALUMAN SISTEMAS, S.L.U. , as the party responsible for the file, undertake to respect the confidential nature of your personal information and guarantee the exercise of your rights of access, rectification, removal and opposition, which you may demand in in a letter addressed to: Polígono de Sabón, parcela 6B 15142 (Arteixo) La Coruña or in an email to: lopd@grupoaluman.com.
Exercising said rights with the companies of ALUMAN SISTEMAS, S.L.U., shall likewise affect the data transferred to companies of the same Group.
