Flex Office
Context
An imposing seven-floor building for the administrative headquarters of the future Africa Business School, which aspires to be a reference for the entire continent from Rabat. The centre forms part of the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, founded by OCP, an international leader in the phosphate industry and one of the largest manufacturers of fertilisers in the world.

Scope
Aluman manufactured and installed the envelope of Flex Office, including 1 x 2 metre motorised windows and a skylight, in accordance with stringent French regulations. This project was carried out in collaboration with the Ricardo Bofill architectural studio, with whom we had previously worked with on the façades of the main campus of the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, in Ben Guerir.

Challenge
A major challenge of planning, logistics and completion. In just nine months, we planned, calculated, manufactured and installed the envelope of Flex Office, a project that would have taken up to two years under normal conditions. 100 installers on site during the assembly phase and up to five crane trucks were used simultaneously to install 10,000 m² of semimodular envelope in record time.
