Málaga Towers
Context
Málaga Towers project, located on the beachfront facing the Mediterranean Sea, is a landmark project for Aluman’s Living division. The two towers, each 21 storeys high and 63 metres tall, stand out for their privileged location and avant-garde design, developed by the renowned Estudio Lamela.

Scope
Execution of the architectural envelope of two of the three towers of the luxury residential complex, totalling 16,000 m². The main material used was solid surface, chosen for its durability, lightness and modern aesthetics. In addition, glass railings, ceramic technical flooring, aluminium blind panels and more than 600 windows with aluminium frames were incorporated, consolidating a set of high-quality technical solutions.

Challenge
One of the biggest challenges was applying the solid surface to the exterior skin of the buildings. The logistical and operational complexity required precise planning for the manufacture and assembly of the modules. This project represented a qualitative and quantitative leap forward for Aluman’s Living division, consolidating its ability to execute large-scale, high-profile projects in the high-end residential sector.
