North London Heat and Power Project 

The North London Heat and Power complex acts as a key catalyst in the regeneration of the Edmonton EcoPark site, transforming waste management into a platform for energy generation and urban activation. With a capacity of 78 MW, the project will benefit 127,000 households and treat the waste of 2 million residents.

The design of its building envelope reflects this dual condition: it responds to the functional and sustainability requirements of an advanced plant, while integrating into the urban environment of north London through materials, proportions and a visual rhythm that balance technical value with aesthetic integration.
