Context
This business park can be found on the banks of the river Manzanares, and was designed by the studio of L35 Arquitectos to create comfortable working spaces that foster innovation and creativity.
The offices are distributed in two symmetrical L-shaped buildings whose glass envelopes open up onto a large interior garden that acts as a green lung for the business complex.
Challenge
The buildings have two very different types of façade. One incorporates slats and composite panels set out in a scaled pattern. The other is characterised by its fins that offer shade, with newly extruded profiles of 500 mm, integrated into a structurally sealed wall.
