Code of ethics
Aluman’s code of ethics sets forth the values and principles that guide the behaviour of all the members of the company when carrying out their functions and responsibilities and in their relationships with other employees and third parties. This is the basis of our corporate culture—it integrates ethical values and principles in all the company’s actions and decisions.
Whistleblowing channel
The whistleblowing channel is a tool provided by the company for employees and third parties to report any irregularities related to our code of ethics, or any infringements of EU law and criminal or administrative offences.
Annual reports
Our annual reports compile the necessary data to understand the evolution, results and situation of Aluman, along with the impact of its activities on environmental and social issues. These reports are available to all the stakeholders of our company, from which we work to dress the most emblematic spaces in the world, taking care of the welfare of people and our environment.
